2nd International Week on the Social and Regulatory Impact of Artificial Intelligence

Last Friday, April 17, our colleague Coral Calero participated in the II Semana Internacional sobre el impacto social y normativo de la Inteligencia Artificial ( II International Week on the Social and Regulatory Impact of Artificial Intelligence), organized by RETINA-DER research group at University of Oviedo. Coral delivered the closing presentation of the event, titled “Con software y a lo loco. El impacto ambiental del software y la IA” in which she presented the various factors that have contributed to the increase in energy demands of software and Artificial Intelligence, as well as the environmental impact that this increase entails.
