Our colleagues Elena Desdentado, Macario Polo, Coral Calero and Mª Ángeles Moraga participated in the QC-Horizon 2025 (Quantum Informatics, Computing & Technology 2025) conference with the article ‘Studying how changes on the transpilation and the number of shots can be used to optimize quantum circuits’, which was presented by Elena on 26 August 2025.
This study analyses how two strategies applied during the preparation and execution phases of quantum software development can affect the results and energy consumption of simple quantum circuit executions.
The QC-Horizon conference aims to bring together leading experts from academia, industry and the defence sector to explore advances in quantum computing.
