Measure and Improve Software Productivity

Our colleagues Aurora Vizcaíno and Félix García, along with Julio Suárez and Christof Ebert, have published the article Measure and Improve Software Productivity in Vol. 41, number 1, of the January 2024 issue of the IEEE Software journal.

In this article, software productivity, a very important concept but not well understood, is analyzed. The authors propose how to measure and improve software productivity and, through a survey with software developers from five continents, identify the main drivers of productivity.
